What I’m showing you is rare. You’ll explore overlooked places, meet the people, witness the traditions, see the art, and taste the cuisine that define them. 

This is a return to what matters—and I’m the one to take you there. I don’t simply curate experiences; I inherit them. For nearly five decades, I’ve returned home as a local, documented these stories, and collaborated with regions, associations, artisans, and producers to preserve and amplify what might otherwise be forgotten.

With me, you’ll access Italy behind closed doors: underground wine caves, spring baths, forgotten villages, kitchens that don’t open to outsiders. 

You’ll walk ancestral lands with foragers and artisans carrying centuries of knowledge and dine with exclusive chefs from Italy’s Hospitality Excellence Association, where I serve as Canadian President. 

This experience is specifically curated for an intimate group of 6-8 guests because in Italy life is about living in the moment by natural rythms. 

Why am I choosing intimate groups? It's simple. It allows me to much easier pivot adventures if weather or timing takes control, and if we happen to be someplace that we're enjoying more, well... we could just stay a little longer. 

This isn't about being on a constant schedule, this is about getting you to feel live and experience Italy as you deserve, and as it gifts itself - when we allow ourselves to truly enjoy it. 

And only those who know the land and rythms so deeply, can offer this type of experience.
