Bringing Italy to Dubai

You are correct. 

Having been to both, it's my opinion that Dubai is much more luxurious. Sorry Vegas!

Naturally when I was invited to be their guest chef for a week bringing them my Italian Supper Club series, be a guest on their local Tasty Humans podcast, participate in a property meeting talking about sustainability, and the many ways they could continue to exceed their guest experiences,  and teach traditional Italian Cuisine to their Swiss Accredited Culinary Academy, as well as a Private School culinary class for a day, I wholeheartedly accepted. I was honored to say the least.

The week was tremendously emotional, fun, and a depiction of the very essence of hospitality.
