Not a restaurant. Not a chef’s table. It's a unique and exclusive experience at my home restaurant table, as you would experience the most memorable moments at a nonna's table in Italy.

This is a rare immersion into lesser known Italy’s ancestral table, guided by the stories, wisdom, and flavors of generations.

Each dish served is a page from a living history book — recipes not found in restaurants, but passed down in whispers from different nonne, village to village, soul to soul.

The ingredients live in season rythm:  herbs from my garden, tomatoes preserved at the peak of ripeness, olive oil that still tastes of Magna Graecia region in Italy. 

Every element tells stories of a place, a season, a tradition.

You’re not just tasting Italy — you're stepping into the hidden South through food, story, and sacred ritual.

This is not for everyone.
