Societas & Accademia

Through ELITE Italia, the Hospitality Association where I serve as Canadian President, and my network of chefs, farmers, and educators, I design tailored learning experiences that immerse students, aspiring cooks, and professionals directly in the traditions, techniques, and culture of Italian cuisine.


Programs combine hands-on culinary training, seasonal and regional agricultural knowledge, and professional mentorship, culminating in region-specific certification programs.

These experiences give all participants the opportunity to train in Italy with master chefs, engage with producers, and understand the full life cycle of products; from earth to cucina. 


Alongside this, I share my expertise in entrepreneurship and hospitality leadership at various colleges and academies, ensuring students gain not only technical skills but the knowledge to build careers and sustainable businesses.


By curating education in this way, I bridge heritage, culture, and professional growth, creating transformative opportunities for those who seek mastery, authenticity, and a deeper understanding of Italy’s culinary traditions.
