Cook Book in the Making

It's almost completed and I can hardly wait. 

What began as a casual conversation with a friend suggesting I write a cookbook, became a sense of duty and responsibility to accurately depict the stories recipes and traditions of the many young at heart  who left us with the cuisine we so greatly enjoy. 

Italy at Home isn't just another cookbook with delightful dishes and attractive imagery; it's a walk through cobblestone streets of very rural villages in regional Italy, where you'll discover the story of nonna - mine and yours.  The dishes and methods to making them have been taught to me in the kitchens of those very beautiful women who've shared their stories and family legacies with me. I've cherished these recipes for more than 45 years of lessons and travels. It's time to share them with you and the world, hoping you too will bring a little bit of Italy into your home.
